M404 Installation Notes

To set up and enable the m404 service:

  1. Copy m404 to /etc/init.d
  2. sudo update-rc.d m404 defaults
  3. sudo update-rc.d m404 enable

Now things like service m404 start will work, and the service will start on boot.
